We need YOU to volunteer for the Williams High School Band!

Let's work together to make this a great year for our band kids! We need help serving pre-game means, loading equipment and props, supervising the kids, and so much more!

Steps to volunteer:

1. AFTER July 1: Get approved to volunteer through Plano ISD's VOLY background check system. Here's the link: https://plano.voly.org/ 
2. Sign up through our volunteer form on Sign Up Genius.

Pro tips:

• It takes a few days for the VOLY background check to come back, so do it soon!.
• Your approval email might go to your spam folder! 
• You can sign up to volunteer while you're waiting for your VOLY background  check to get approved.
• We'll check prior to your shift to see if you've been approved.
• You'll get a fancy blue VOLY-approved badge to wear during your shift.
